Return Policy

 

Return & Refund Policy -Sales are final once items have shipped. No refund will be issued unless it is due to wrong, defective or misprinted items. In such cases, please contact us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order. You will have the option to receive a refund or exchange for the returned item(s).

 

Wrong Address - If the purchaser provides an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).

 

Unclaimed - Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment.

 

Cancellations - Please request any cancellations within 24 hours from the time of placing the order via email, including your order number. We will cancel your order within 2 business days and refund your purchase. Funds may take 5-7 business days to credit back to your account depending on your financial institution. 

 

**All claims must be submitted no later than 7 days from the estimated delivery date.
